Unable to complete delivery
- Carriers make every reasonable attempt to complete
deliveries. As it is the responsiblity of the buyer
to make themselves available for delivery and to provide
accurate delivery information, should the delivery
company be unable to complete delivery, you the buyer
are responsible for any and all costs associated with
delivery and return delivery. Genius Goods Inc will
incur no expense or fees on shipping, handling, restocking,
storage costs or fees. Genius Goods liability for
product sale is for the cost of the product itself
In addition, Genius Goods Inc makes no guarantees
on the timeliness or success of the freight carrrier.
The negotiation of delivery is solely and exclusively
between the buyer and the shipping agent, and all
liability for any costs or fees fall upon the buyer.
In no situation and
under no circumstances is Genius Goods Inc liable
for fees and costs associated with a return that
does not involve product defect or damage. Products
can be repaired or replaced depending upon the terms
of product warranty and at the discretion of the manufacturer,
warehouser or seller. All items returned without pre-authorization
will in all cases be charged a restocking fee and
